Voters who previously voted at West Shreveport Elementary School which has been closed, have been moved by the Caddo Parish Commission to GALILEE BAPTIST CHURCH  at 1500 Pierre Avenue in Shreveport. This affects voters at  Precincts 28 and 67. Voters in these precincts have been mailed new voter identification cards. While having their new voter i.d. cards at the polls is not required, voters should remember their precinct number or take their new card with them to get into the correct precinct voting line at Galilee Baptist Church as there is more than one precinct there.
 
New voter identification cards have been mailed to the voters in the two precincts. If they have not received their new card they need to check their address info at caddovoter.org and click on “Where Do I Vote?”. The Commission will follow the requirements of state law on precinct changes concerning a public notice and having an employee at the old location on election day directing voters to the new location.
