To complete a Military & Overseas Citizens absentee by mail request online, click here.

  • Enter your information and then select “Request Absentee Ballot” (column on the right, second link from the top.)
  • If you are military, be sure to select the option including Uniformed Service, or if you are overseas, select that you are residing outside of the country.
  • Use your Caddo Parish residence as your “Residential Address.”

  • Fax your application to 318-226-6969.
  • Mail your application to Caddo Parish Registrar of Voters, P.O. Box 1253, Shreveport, LA 71163-1253.

To register to vote and complete an absentee by mail request with one form, please complete an Federal Post Card Application (FPCA.)  This is for Military & Overseas Citizens ONLY.

  • To complete an FPCA online, click here.

    • Fax your application to 318-226-6969.
    • Mail your application to Caddo Parish Registrar of Voters, P.O. Box 1253, Shreveport, LA 71163-1253.
