Parishwide elections on the ballot are run-off elections for U.S. Senator and U.S. Representative, as well as four parishwide Home Rule Charter Amendments. Local elections scheduled include a special election for Juvenile Court Judge (Election Section 1-C) and a special election for the North Caddo Hospital District. Online registration applications must be received by 11:59 p.m., Wednesday, November 9, 2016. All applications submitted by mail must be received in the Registrar’s office or postmarked by Wednesday, November 9, 2016.
Early Voting for the December 10, 2016 election:
Saturday, November 26, 2016 through Saturday, December 3, 2016 – Closed Sunday, November 27, 2016.
Open 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily at the Registrar of Voters office at 525 Marshall Street, Suite 103, at the corner of Marshall and Milam Streets across from the Caddo Parish Courthouse in downtown Shreveport.
